Day 10... Hmm... why no change geh

not sure if i am doing it correctly. i don't feel much of a weight loss yet.. the weighing scale i ordered hasn't been delivered yet. went onto the faulty scale and still the same as previously explained in the last posting.

2 days of weekends plus the monday holiday didn't do good to the diet. had BKT, yapunese buffet @ Umaiya and some kickass char siew @ aman suria for lunch during that 3 days. weren't so proud of myself....

but then for dinner.. i didn't really eat again.

today found this good dietry manual thingy and it had a couple of points that quite made sense. these are the few that i think i can do with :)

"If you don’t eat anything after 6 or 7 pm, you’re going a long time without food since you won’t eat until the morning. This puts your body in a catabolic state in the overnight hours. A small meal (maybe a little higher on the protein for this meal) late at night will provide amino acids to your body to minimize catabolism throughout the night.... Avoid overdosing on the carbs late at night as you want to minimize insulin production at this time."

"If you’re the kind of person that just likes to have a glass of wine or a single beer with dinner every night, you should do just fine with that. Studies I’ve reviewed on moderate drinkers (1-2 drinks per day) compared to binge drinkers, showed that the moderate drinkers were able to improve their health and remain lean."

"Therefore, if you eat 5-6 small meals per day as opposed to the typical 2 or 3 meals per day, you are increasing your calorie expenditure simply by increasing your meal frequency. Eating 5-6 small meals per day means eating approximately every 3 waking hours throughout the day."


Now i can tar pow my Bak Kut Teh and then split it into 6 potion and then have it for the whole day! and of course while drinking my beer.....

Day 5 No result as off yet....

Getting use to the habit of having an empty stomach at nite.

I am never really into fruits.. but lately that's what i eat to get me filled at nite.. got some nice korean pears and apples too...

KY have been supportive. Jeff is a farker though. but then it's usually me who's like suggesting what to eat so i guess he's not used to it now that i don't eat during the nite...

i'm thinking of keeping to this schedule of not eating during the nite for 5 days week while i eat normally on weekends. .kinda difficult not to eat on weekends nites as it's usually very late nite outs. as of now, sleeping early is quite a good method to forget about the hunger.

weight now is still undetermined.

the scale i have.. shows 89kg. when i bounce one it abit.. it shows me 92kg. move around abit on it again it shows me 90. i guess it's broken la. but then if rosak why didn't it show 70kg or somethign. i already ordered one of those scales that can measure body fat or something.. it's from Cosway and it's gonna only cost me $69.

looked around everywhere for it and it's like over $200 mostly... not sure if this one from cosway is durable.

n btw.. i had bak kut teh for lunch today :P~~~ yummyyy.... i suddenly feel like there's a purpose to life now... everyday i look forward to 1pm... lunch period.

Been 3 days now since i started....

how it all started... one day i was just lazin around on MSN chatting to KY n said something like "eh i wanna go on diet!" blah blah blah n i went....

lets make a wager... if i lose i'll have to pay u... if i win.. u don't lose anything monetary. KY agreed to pimp me if i made it. and the target was set at 20kg.

After some calculation... so it's only 2kg per month? wahhh easssssssssy laaa! lol

it's 3 days now... n not so easy ok.

Gonnna try out a few different methods. Of course gonna start off with the easier ones.. which require.. no excersice, least sacrifice and of course best results...

for 3 days now i have been skipping breakfast and replacing dinner with

1 st nite = 1 mug of beer
2 nd nite = 1 huge glass of water
3 rd nite = 1 pack of low fat dutch lady milk

i need to get myself a scale which is working... after 3 days seems like i've put on weight instead... weight taken BTM( berat tanpa muatan ) or in other words.. in the nude... lol

or am i not doing it right? tell me fast cuz there's still 2 hours till lunch... :(

Day 23

Well if you would have noticed. i missed out the word herbalife because i've ran out of it and have not got the money to replenish the product. i'm trying to see if i could go on without the supplement for a few days and see what kinda effect has it got on me now.

for the last two days i feel quite hungry at nite especially since i don't usually take breakfast.. and lunch i could eat anything i want. just the dinner part where i feel quite the hungry. anyway i went pasar malam n buoght quite some fruits de. see if this few nites can life like a monkey or not.. just eat fruits....

last nite was kel's wedding invitation distribution nite.. and we were all out for a drink. i didn't wanna really drink but end up drinkning n puking and all.. suprisingly there were things to puke... cuz i didn't like eat anything since lunch. i know it's bad for the tummy.. but then aiyah long long one time..

ohh another thing... i notice that i can't drink much de.. shit la.. too healthy de.. get drunk easier.. it's a bad thing considering so many weddings around the corner de. oh and i also know why drinking is also bad for people on diet.. cuz after drinking right.. fucking hungry wanna eat but then i didn't laa.. i've got this new habit de

since this is like the double 7 month... as in the double hungry ghost month. i kinda like got use to just sniffing the food... u know like... carole she open her junk food i just sniff at it.. or tingting at the mouse party all i did was just sniff at the chezzels and lays... and yesterday.. all i did was sniffed the char kueh teow of kelvin.. n full de :) hahahahahah like ngor kwai now....

Day 18 Herbalife

Finally it moved from 89 to 88 kg. it's BTM. meaning berat tanpa muatan. took off all clothings.. go shit.. and sweat all the body fluid off.. and down to 88.. i know.. tat's like totally.. ermm hahaha but still... u go jpj check your lorry also they check BTM... check weight also same thing la

by the way today i went to work with this shirt which i stop wearing because the belly area can't accomodate no more. and it fit quite nicely now. a good sign.

wednesday nite at ping pong session wk said tummy look smaller de. very the happy. very the nice the feeling the hard work.. wah :) hou hoi sum ah

the thing now is i can't seem to drop the weight quick enough. asked a couple of health freak n they say not easy. cuz i'm doing sets of push ups and sit ups.. not only burning the fats.. some of em are turning into muscles... however as long as now can see the change.. more obvious de then it's a good thing la. the weight will go down moderately too.

anyway lately i turn into like some sorta cow, during the nite that is.. sapu people's timun.. sapu others salad.. n earlier wk just had dinner which he make me tag along.. i sapu his 9 choi fa.. some chinese vege la :)

i feel healthier i feel more energized.. 2 more weeks. then i wanna go hang kai.. n shopping for leng sam de.. now got sale and all.. gonna buy some nicer clothings. woo hoo.. then can start kau luis soon......... just a frenly warning... keep ya gfs... keep ya sisters.. keep ya mothers all away! :)

Day 16 Herbalife

I've gone through the last 4-5 days as usual. working out in between times which i can. i now can up my situps/pushups to 5 sets without much trouble now. abit difficult on the sit ups for the back but not much trouble for the first 3 sets of the pushups.

Sat there was a mouse party at MH's place. they have loads of liqour n junk food there. all i did was a glass of beer and then about 2-3 glasses of orange juice. i know those r sweet stuff. it's still better than havin coke. there's like plenty of junk food and everyone's munching n chatting away and all i could do was just snifff on it.....

cheezzels............. lays.... wah n the sotong shit... damn.... felt quite good that i manage to resist it all this time...

lately i've got this thing... when see people eat those unhealthy stufff i would go.. wah laaa that's so bad for u... hahahhaaha now i know why people say those shit to me b4.. they cannot fucking eat! they must ruin ya meal.... exactly how i'm feeling now..

sunday was ok... till i went to pasar malam.. and bought like.. 4-5 bags of food... i wasn't really planning to finish em all. just have a bit of each of em... to like satisfy that fucking cravings. i ended up eating abit over what i should.. not being able to stand the though i went puke it all out again...

cass say i'm bullimic(sp?) but then it's not la.... that condition is created for girls only.. feijais can never have bullimic. if they do.. then their gongwoo name wouldn't b leng jai rather than fei jai..... anyway next time if i ever get to 75kg.. and i'm forcing myself to puke like that.... thenn u can tell me i'm sick.....
