Been 3 days now since i started....

how it all started... one day i was just lazin around on MSN chatting to KY n said something like "eh i wanna go on diet!" blah blah blah n i went....

lets make a wager... if i lose i'll have to pay u... if i win.. u don't lose anything monetary. KY agreed to pimp me if i made it. and the target was set at 20kg.

After some calculation... so it's only 2kg per month? wahhh easssssssssy laaa! lol

it's 3 days now... n not so easy ok.

Gonnna try out a few different methods. Of course gonna start off with the easier ones.. which require.. no excersice, least sacrifice and of course best results...

for 3 days now i have been skipping breakfast and replacing dinner with

1 st nite = 1 mug of beer
2 nd nite = 1 huge glass of water
3 rd nite = 1 pack of low fat dutch lady milk

i need to get myself a scale which is working... after 3 days seems like i've put on weight instead... weight taken BTM( berat tanpa muatan ) or in other words.. in the nude... lol

or am i not doing it right? tell me fast cuz there's still 2 hours till lunch... :(
