todays' the 3rd day i'm into this diet. it hasn't been that good nor has it been bad. first day i had chap fan for lunch.. yesterday i did bread. and skip both dinners....
did some jogging on the first day and yesterday i was going through a few sets of abs excersices. not sure if it helps much but then tonite i'll b out playing ping pong with some buddies.
was at a bar on the first nite. it was pretty bad sitting in pubs and not drinking and all.. but then good thing i manage to resist n totally not drink at all.
as for yesterday nite, i was at Prince at SS2. had my HL supplement and did not take dinner. was there seeing eric with his baked cheese rice.... :P~~~ and annie with his egg and ham sandwich.. damn... all i had was 2 glasses of honey lemon drink.. not sure if it's allowed but then it's just drinks hopefully i did not ruin the diet plan.
i'm suppose to have lunch. whatever i want so it's ok i guess to eat some things to fill up during lunch hour. lets hope this work.. . :0
